I wouldn't have known that you're a Man Utd fan if you didn't tell us. 🙄😂 This new stadium of Everton will be more modern and better than Anfield which is why when England or the UK hosts a tournament, the matches in Liverpool will be held at Everton's stadium because of the amenities.

I went to Old Trafford once - for the 2003 Champions League final. Milan v Juventus - least interesting game I’ve ever seen but the stadium was brilliant. Comfy seats, good view of the game, absolutely terrifying noise from the crowd ……. sad to see what it appears to have become. Hope Sir Jim sorts it out for you. Also hope Bramley Moore can replicate some of that intimidating noise too

@@aidygooner Euro 2028 games will be at Bramley Moore. The organisers and UEFA didn’t like the look of our old ground, Anfield.

I’m afraid not. Around 40,000 seats will be for season tickets (31,000 from Goodison - incl lucky me). Only around 9,000 from the 34,000 on the waiting list will have a seat in the new ground, which is why they should have chosen 60,000 capacity rather than 52,888!

Brilliant, I wished the club would shown much more of the stadium build. We have had to rely on independent drone operators to do a great job. The club could have done more. However, fantastic content, thanks. UTFT

A shame it’s not bigger. At least it retains the tightness of Goodison despite the obvious upgrades.

You can see the north east corner is yet to have its safe standing seats/rails fully fitted, but you can see its outline (the bit that has not yet had seating fitted)

All seems to be about the dock ground nobody seems to be mentioning the road outside the dock ground if everton Move Ground and they leave that road as it is outside the dock ground it's going to take hours getting to the match and the same getting to houses after a match plus the rail network won't be able to handle the crowds eg match people and people leaving work etc its going to be chaos your going to have 30 thousand cars maybe moreaa plus coaches etc decending there the congestion is going to be horrendous and there is very limited parking outside or near the dock ground

Chris: ah, selling the "family silver" strategy. The BMD Stadium will generate the funds for the transfers you desire. The idea is for it to make the club self-sustaining rather than relying on new owners always having to cough up to cover shortfalls or player purchases. The majority of players' contracts end up being depreciated and reduced assets over a short period of time unless you consistently get lucky on the players purchased appreciating. The ground will have a much, much longer period of depreciation and yet will guarantee revenue streams that can be sued to improve the quality of players purchased in the future. Your continuous comments have a Luddite tone to them.
