If you watch the game with your eyes and not the stats, you’d realize that xG doesn’t matter when we win 2-0

Our approach play was different today, and having a ball player in the middle made the difference today.

As many a red shite has said to me a win is a win no matter how you get it...

So the fans have been calling on him to do something different and his response is to wear a training top instead of a shirt and tie!

Great win and massively important 3 points for Everton! Yes, there was now energy throughout the whole game and the lads fought for the badge and the supporters! Still we should in the coming matches be better in keeping and passing the ball, that's better shielding of the ball and more accuracy with our passes. Against Liverpool we can't only sit back and wait, because the top teams will usually find the way to score sooner or later. Let's be positive and brave and attacking minded also in this game from the start. The Goodison faithful will keep us going!
