That might be the most energetic and vocal training vid I have ever seen. They looked so much sharper and weren't still for one moment. Hopefully that's a good sign of things to come.

Good to see Lord Lucan taking part. A fit and firing DCL could make all the difference this season especially with Dan the Man up there with him.UTFT.

REALLY enjoyed this one, everyone looked sharp and in good spirits. This is the shit that instills confidence. Arnaut looked playful and happy to be there, good first step

Wishing DCL all the best for this season and that he gets over the injury bug which I'm sure is frustrating him.
